Greetings, my name is Constance and I am the proud owner of Concore Training, which is located in Portland, OR. My passion lies in enlightening my clients on the significance of awareness regarding their bodies to achieve their desired goals. Whether it is for overall health, sports performance, weight loss, or aesthetics, Concore Training's personalized fitness programs are designed to help you reach your long-term objectives.

One-on-one private sessions are conducted in a fully equipped gym with no membership fee. It commences with a complimentary consultation to get to know you, learn about your goals, assess any limiting factors such as injuries, and answer any questions you may have. A physical assessment follows to determine your movement patterns and gather necessary input for your individualized program. A web-based application is where your progress, nutrition (optional) and workout information is stored, which allow you access to monitor it regularly.

Weekly result reviews coupled with updated programs at your pace serve as our platform for you to maintain consistency. The client's training and support afterward continue, where quarterly consultations are conducted to track progress and renew goals.

Before becoming a fitness coach, I worked in financial accounting for a real estate property management firm, which was mostly sedentary. Eventually, poor posture and compensatory movement patterns resulted from it, which caused pain and injury. It wasn't until I suffered my first back injury that I reintroduced physical activity into my life, starting with a trainer. I noticed vast improvements in my wellbeing with minor changes to my diet and activity levels, which inspired my love for the fitness process. Through this passion, I realized I could impart my discoveries to others, and Concore Training was birthed. Having serviced over 3000 sessions and obtained Master Trainer status before starting Concore Training, I'm experienced in training all kinds of people to achieve their goals.

Our sessions focus on helping you connect and become aware of your body to achieve self-sufficiency, confidence, and accountability for a lasting healthy lifestyle. We offer private, semi-private, remote (online) training, and post-rehab strengthening.

We are taking COVID-19 precautions seriously and have implemented specific measures to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients, including enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols, mandatory face covering, and allowing only five people to train at once.

After feeling intimidated by the weight section at my gym, I made the decision to come to Constance for guidance. At age 41, I was determined to increase my strength and confidence.
