Cooking is my passion and I enjoy sharing it with people of all ages. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, I can teach you something new about food, grocery shopping, cooking techniques, and safety tips. My lessons are designed to help you create delicious meals that are easy to make and as good or better than restaurant fare. You can choose the dishes you want to make, and I'll guide you through the process. You can be as hands-on as you like, and take home everything we make together. I only use fresh, healthy ingredients and I'm experienced in catering to specific dietary needs, such as vegan, gluten-free, Kosher, and allergies. Presentation is important too, and I'll help you make your food look as good as it tastes. Heather exceeded expectations! In under two hours, we prepared multiple dishes, resulting in an abundance of leftovers to take home.
