Despite my desire to rate James and his team as top-notch in all 5 categories, CrackerJack only allowed me to rate them in 3/5 areas. The three categories I selected were professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. In terms of professionalism, James was a reliable and helpful point of contact from my initial inquiry all the way up to the completion of the project. He never pressured me and was always available to answer any questions I had. James even went above and beyond by contacting several sod farms to find the best options for my specific situation, which included the exact grass I wanted and the most affordable prices. James's responsiveness was also exceptional. Despite unexpected delays due to rain, he kept me informed every step of the way and ensured that everything proceeded smoothly. His crew demonstrated a strong work ethic by arriving promptly at 7 am and prepping the site for installation before the sod was delivered. Throughout the entire process, they were also accommodating and willing to fulfill any requests that were feasible. Finally, the quality of work was fantastic. The crew completed the project on time and with precision, resulting in a beautifully sodded front yard. Moreover, when there was leftover sod and fill dirt, James and his team offered to use them to help with the drainage issues on my other lawn. James's exceptional customer service did not end when the project was paid for. He even sent me a message offering advice on how to care for the sod post-installation. Overall, James and his team were wonderful to work with, and I am delighted with the results.

After a year of having no grass, Southern Grounds recently installed sod in our yard, and it looks fantastic! In addition to that, they were kind enough to bury a pipe for us, which we had not had a chance to do before. Their service was courteous and friendly throughout the process. He displayed a great deal of professionalism by notifying us about any sod delivery delays and providing detailed information on the sod that was installed, as well as how to properly care for it.
