I contracted Taylor and his partner to install plumbing for three shampoo bowls at my hair salon. However, I soon discovered that they lacked experience in the field and failed to disclose this fact to me and my business partner. To make matters worse, they ran PVC piping outside the wall instead of inside and neglected to include shut-off valves for the shampoo bowls. This has resulted in water leakage inside our walls and damage to our new white baseboards. Moreover, they frequently left the job site to purchase new parts and only provided a full price quote upon completion of the project. Initially, they estimated that labor would cost $1,200 plus a couple of hundred dollars for parts. Yet, they increased the total to $1,400 after supposedly finishing the job. Their unprofessionalism did not stop there; they left visible holes in the walls and restroom wall under the sink without covering them. When I hired a new plumber, I realized that Taylor and his partner had installed wrong-sized pipes to support three shampoo bowls and had performed the installation entirely wrong. In light of these issues, I strongly recommend against hiring Taylor and his partner.
