Out of all the personal trainers I have worked with, Kseniia surpasses them all. She crafts workout plans that align with your objectives and requirements and walks you through each stage. Kseniia motivates you to strive for excellence and propels you when it gets tough. Her pleasant demeanor might deceive you, but she is not afraid to push you to your limits! ;) I initially enlisted Kseniia's help while preparing for my wedding and was astonished by the transformation. Later on, when I became pregnant, Kseniia continued to support my fitness journey and tailored exercises to strengthen my body and relieve my back pain, ensuring a smooth delivery. My trainer, Xenia, was attentive to my goals and crafted a program that was comprehensive, stimulating, and could be easily incorporated into my busy schedule. Not only did she assist me with my training regimen but she also provided guidance with my nutrition and mindset, prioritizing proper form throughout. Xenia was incredibly professional and dedicated to her work, yet also personable, knowledgeable, and focused on achieving our objectives. Thanks to Kseniia, I finally achieved the results I had been struggling to achieve for years. As someone with multiple auto-immune diseases and health issues, I had gained a significant amount of weight and was unable to figure out what I was doing wrong despite exercising regularly and eating what I thought was a healthy diet. Kseniia was able to identify my problems almost immediately and helped me make subtle changes to my mindset that had a profound impact on my life. Rather than push myself to exercise 5 times a week, Kseniia taught me to listen to my body and cut it down to 2 times a week. She also taught me how to eat a balanced diet that included carbohydrates, which I had previously avoided, and corrected my posture, which helped me avoid chronic pain and build muscle properly. By implementing these changes, I was able to lose 25 pounds over the course of 3-4 years. However, after seeing Kseniia and making additional changes based on her guidance, I lost an additional 25-30 pounds within just 7 months. The best part was that it felt easy and I didn't feel like I was giving up things I loved. Kseniia is an exceptional fitness trainer who truly wants to help her clients be the best version of themselves. She takes pleasure in helping people love themselves, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer who will not only help you achieve your fitness goals, but also your personal and mental ones.

The greatest fitness coach I have ever had is undoubtedly Kseniia. She was highly recommended to me by a friend, and I can attest that the recommendation was well-deserved. While it is commonplace for fitness trainers to customize workouts and offer nutritional advice, few can answer questions about the reasoning behind exercises or name specific muscles. Kseniia, however, left me amazed by her deep understanding of all the muscles and her remarkable ability to explain the interplay among nutrition, health, and exercise. Her explanation of these relationships has transformed my life and habits. Not only am I now healthier and fitter, but I also look forward to my workout routine instead of dreading it.
