The WoW team was exceptional throughout the entire process. The salesman, Greg, was professional, friendly, and had extensive knowledge of the products. He was prompt in answering all our questions and kept us informed about the window delivery timeline. The office staff also maintained the same level of professionalism and communication skills. The window measurement expert was efficient, timely, and even responded to a question we had via text after leaving the site. Despite working in harsh weather conditions, the installation team did an outstanding job of keeping our home clean and minimizing any intrusion. They were friendly yet professional, and all employees appeared to be competent and polite in their roles. WoW exemplifies great service, without any "passing the buck." If only all other companies could adopt this format, they would undoubtedly achieve tremendous success.
