The quality of the work done was extremely unsatisfactory. The grouting had gaps, the tiles were unevenly placed, and the overall job looked amateurish. I had hired a professional, but the person who arrived to complete the job did not speak English.
Upon realizing this, I conveyed my displeasure and requested a redo. However, the person threatened to put a lien on my property and involve their lawyer if I posted a negative review.

This contractor I dealt with was absolutely terrible. They were dishonest about their experience, frequently didn't show up, didn't communicate timelines and milestones clearly, and the quality of their work was atrocious. They couldn't even measure correctly. I had to let them go after 5 weeks on a job that should have taken no more than 3. If you look at the pictures, they didn't even measure the barn door correctly and the painting quality was terrible. My advice is to avoid this contractor at all costs.
