Following a heavy rainfall, water seeped into my basement. A visit from Mark provided insight into the problem as he observed that the 4-inch gutters and downspouts were inadequate in removing water from the house. Implementing a solution, he replaced them with 6-inch gutters and buried drain pipes to properly redirect rainwater away from the house. Since then, our basement corners have remained dry despite more heavy rainfall. Testing has proven the effectiveness of our new gutters.

We required a small fix on a part of our carpet that needed re-stretching and tacking. Mark sent one of his skilled workers who completed the task with perfection in no time.
