I had an amazing experience with the team from 2Skinny movers. Salim, Shah and the team were excellent in helping us move from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Despite our underestimation of the amount of stuff we had to move, the team's professionalism and patience resulted in all our items being successfully loaded onto the largest 26 foot truck. The team's pricing was competitive and reasonable, with a quoted flat rate for long distance with no extra costs, which made us feel much less stressed throughout the moving process. The team were patient, nice, strong and energetic, and were easy to work with. They dealt with our belongings with care and handled the disassembly and reassembly of the larger furniture items including beds and dining tables. They were communicative during the process, ensuring that all items were safely packed, transported, delivered and unpacked. Blankets and plastic wrap were used to cover and protect our furniture during the move. Due to an unforeseen issue, the movers arrived later than scheduled, but fortunately they were able to rectify the situation promptly. To expedite the process and make amends, an extra mover was provided. The team demonstrated expertise in handling all furniture, proficiently wrapping and relocating them, and displaying great skill in disassembly and assembly. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My experience with 2 Skinny Movers was excellent! We had a large amount of items to move from one unit to another, but the journey required ascending two buildings and then descending a flight of stairs. Carrying heavy furniture like a couch and a mattress appeared impossible for me but thankfully, 2Skinny Movers stepped in with their two fantastic movers. Though they were a little late due to car trouble, they informed us of the delay beforehand and expressed their remorse. The two movers labored diligently and efficiently, completing the job in just 3 hours and 20 minutes despite booking them for only 3 hours. Astonishingly, they didn't bill us for the additional time. We sincerely appreciate their amazing communication and work ethic, and confidently recommend them to everyone!
