Due to old wiring and exposed wires touching, we lost electricity upstairs. In an effort to resolve the issue, my husband contacted Mr. Sparky, who promptly sent Brett to our aid within 15-20 minutes. Despite our service plan designed to save us money, the final bill came out at $508.00, which was quite steep. However, I cannot praise Brett enough for his hard work, professionalism, and kindness. He thoroughly explained the repairs that had to be made and sought our approval before proceeding. Overall, I was very pleased with Brett and his approach towards resolving our electrical issue.
