BK Appliance provided us with a fantastic experience. In order for us to avail of some warranty services, we needed our dishwashers to undergo inspection and ensure proper installation. BK Appliance promptly conducted the inspection and delivered the desired results.

Before the Jan. 29 blizzard, our refrigerator malfunctioned in the late afternoon. We tried reaching out to several other servicers, but only one responded and told us we had to wait for at least two weeks. Nevertheless, we contacted BK Appliance on Sunday afternoon, and they promptly returned our call within 20 minutes. We were thrilled to hear that they would be at our home the next morning to solve the issue. Bernard, the service man who arrived, exhibited excellent knowledge and friendly demeanor, and the cost was surprisingly fair.

As a newbie CrackerJack consumer, we turned to BK Appliance to mend our wall-mounted electric oven after the vendor we bought it from was only able to provide assistance as late as March 15, 2022. Impressively, BK came to our aid one day after we reached out to them. We received exceptional service from their technician, Bernard, who exhibited high levels of professionalism. Bernard went on to explicate the issue with our oven and promptly resolved it in no time at all.
