Upon his arrival, PC Termite listened to my narration, inspected the deceased termite, and nonchalantly declared "you're in the clear". He proceeded to educate me on the intricacies of termite behavior, which validated his claim, and strolled off into the sunset with no intention of receiving payment.

Had an amazing experience! The inspector came over and conducted a comprehensive examination and found no signs of termite activity. The contractor was extremely affable and great at communication. I would strongly recommend them!

Their communication throughout the entire process, from scheduling to inspection and treatment, was exceptional. Jerimiah conducted a thorough inspection and confirmed our suspicions of a termite infestation when swarming was observed from an area under our front door sill. He presented a mud tube found under the house and provided a comprehensive explanation of the treatment needed, along with the relevant pricing information. Following this, I contacted them and arranged for the treatment. Although they were booked several weeks in advance, they contacted me the day before and arrived within the stated timeframe. Henry carried out the treatment with professionalism, thoroughly reviewing the treated areas and disposing of plywood left under the house from previous heating work. Overall, it was a terrific experience.

The work was explained comprehensively after the inspection, with no attempt made to push unnecessary services. Additionally, the prompt and professional delivery of the work was commendable.

The job was completed with minimal disturbance, and I was pleased that environmentally-friendly items were employed to eliminate the termite problem.
