At Fitness Minded Personal Training, we specialize in providing customized 1-1 training sessions for a more personalized approach. Our comprehensive training packages are inclusive of hour-long sessions, body composition testing, cardiovascular endurance test, strength assessment, corrective exercise training (teaching proper form), nutritional guidance, and mobility screening.

We take pride in our ability to understand the specific needs and goals of each client, tailoring our solutions accordingly. We work around any nagging injuries or pains, as well as nutritional limitations, and busy schedules.

Amber's expertise in training is incredible. She tunes each session according to the state of my body, and she devises customized exercise routines in advance. Furthermore, she arranges workout schedules on the app for effortless tracking on days when I cannot make it to the in-person session.

Upon recommendation from close friends, I began working out with Jose, who had visibly improved their health and fitness. Although unsure how long I would stick with it, I've been training with Jose for over two years now and am pleased to report that I feel stronger and healthier. Jose's guidance and motivational approach encourages me to strive for excellence in each session, while keeping my routines diverse and exciting. For more than five years now, I've undergone training with Jose, and it's one of the finest decisions I've made for myself. Following a highly stressful period at work, I gained weight and developed severe back pains. Thanks to Jose's assistance, I lost the weight, developed muscles, and enhanced my strength, which, in turn, eradicated my back pain. The training sessions are tailored to my body's specific needs as Jose, with his vast knowledge, is highly adept at personalizing the sessions, even accounting for any injuries I have. Despite the pandemic, I could engross myself in virtual training regularly. Although, it's a relief to be back to in-person training at the magnificent Fitness Minded studio.
