This was an extremely unprofessional experience and I strongly advise against working with this artist. Despite being promised drafts of the mural, none were provided and there were numerous errors - most notably a misspelled word that could not be easily fixed due to the background. The artist showed a lack of communication and did not follow specific instructions or pictures we provided, leading to a finished product that looked nothing like what we had discussed. As a dog grooming shop, we requested a Dalmatian and Pug to be included in the mural, but the final result featured unrecognizable breeds that were poorly executed. This mural was intended to be a memorial for our beloved dog who had recently passed away, and the asymmetrical and odd-looking depiction of him brought us to tears. Most of the work was completed late at night without our presence, which led to further surprises and confusion when we would arrive at work in the morning. The artist also completely disregarded our request for a small logo and address at the entrance, and instead rushed through a sloppy and unprofessional design. Ultimately, we were extremely disappointed with the outcome and frustrated with the artist's poor attitude. We were blamed for not communicating our wishes clearly enough, which is unacceptable for a professional in this industry. We strongly recommend that anyone looking to work with this artist get everything in writing beforehand and clarify any uncertainties. Communication is key in any business, and this artist failed to prioritize it.

Upon witnessing Rachael's mural work at the OK State Fair, I was certain that she was the ideal artist for our own mural at Cross Timbers. We had a meeting in which she measured the area and we discussed various factors, such as content, aesthetic, density, and pricing. Throughout the process, she collaborated with us and was amenable to minor adjustments and modifications. She completed the mural ahead of schedule and even assisted us in sharing it on social media. Furthermore, she remains a devoted advocate of our brand.
