My house is quite old, and its original windows had many areas with rotten wood. This problem had led to water leaking inside the wall, and the sills were so rotted out that they needed to be replaced. During the process, Sanders informed me that the original sills were made of pine, which was prone to rotting, and replaced them with cypress, which is impervious to decay. Though Sanders' quote was not the cheapest, his expertise clearly exceeded that of other contractors I talked to. I was amazed by his efficiency, punctuality, and superior craftsmanship.
