Upon discovering that my central air unit was malfunctioning, I contacted Air Man and was pleased to receive a prompt response from Jose the next morning. After examining the situation, Jose identified a leak in the main line and arranged to return the following day with the necessary supplies and equipment to tackle the significant task of replacing this line. This involved accessing the line, which ran from outside my residence to the main unit inside through my ceiling. The timing of this issue could not have been worse as it occurred during a sweltering heat wave when I depended on my A/C for comfort. Fortunately, thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of Jose and his assistant, I am now once again able to relax in a cool environment. I was impressed by their courteous manner and Jose took care to explain the entire process to me, including what had gone wrong. They arrived promptly and completed the job to a high standard. Based on this positive experience, I look forward to using Air Man for my future A/C and heating needs and would confidently recommend them to others.

In early June, I employed an airman to conduct maintenance on my air conditioning for the season. Since his services, my HVAC system is performing better than it ever has in the 15 years I have owned it, surpassing the quality of the initial installation and the entire 10-year maintenance agreement I had with the previous company. I am exceedingly satisfied. He was also willing to work with my schedule and mentioned following up in the fall to arrange the necessary maintenance. This simplicity is appreciated. Though his prices were not cheap, they were comparable to the large company's maintenance plan I had for a decade. However, this instance exemplifies the adage "you get what you pay for." The investment was well worth it, as I am finally comfortable during summer and familiar with the system's more uniform distribution of air throughout my home. I would undoubtedly hire him again.

I have encountered numerous instances of HVAC representatives not showing up for small jobs. It appears that they only prioritize new installations. However, this was not the case with AIR MAN. I was able to schedule an appointment with him within two days, and he arrived on time and equipped to complete the necessary work. AIR MAN even provided me with two options: start with a smaller job and proceed from there or complete all necessary work. AIR MAN and his assistant were proficient at identifying issues and offering solutions. Although each service requires payment, it is refreshing to have an HVAC representative who upholds a high standard of performance and completes the job within a week. I had not been able to use central air for two years due to the unavailability of services or the exorbitant prices of other representatives. However, AIR MAN provided reasonable pricing and exceptional service. I am planning on scheduling maintenance with him in the spring and recommend the services of AIR MAN to anyone in need.

Our AC leakage was repaired and our system was thoroughly cleaned, resulting in noticeably cleaner and fresher air.

The airman arrived and tackled the problem while also suggesting ways to maintain the efficiency of my system. I will definitely seek their services again.
