Exactly 9 months ago, I got married. When I first contacted Beige Corporation, their customer service team was very helpful and worked within my budget. Even the owner stepped in to help address concerns I had about a previous photography company named Evians (which I strongly advise against using). I was impressed with Beige's ability to capture our special day and hired both a photographer and videographer who were punctual and accommodating. During our preproduction meeting, I was asked if I wanted them to take charge, but they never did, and I had to provide guidance to the timid photographer. Although I offered them dinner, I did not expect them to take an hour away from my six hours of paid time. The end result was that I did not receive half of the photos I had requested, and I had to chase them for the ones I did get. After receiving a portion of the pictures, there was a need for changes to the highlight video, which they were responsive to initially. However, communication tapered off shortly after, and it has been months since I heard anything. Despite paying them over $2,000, the quality of the pictures and their poor communication left a lot to be desired. I am now having to invest more money to have better pictures taken and edit the ones they did take on my phone! I would advise proceeding with caution if considering Beige Corporation for photography or video needs as they are not worth the price.
