Although the communication with the employee was professional and satisfactory, I cannot recommend this service to those in possession of mice. I was charged $350 for the installation of only three glue traps, and I expected more effort to be put into the trapping process. Had the company initially advised me to purchase glue traps, I could have saved a significant amount of money as they are widely available for a few dollars. I admit my lack of expertise in dealing with rodents, but I have learned a valuable lesson.

There's no need for me to add to the praise that this company has already received - they truly deserve every 5-star rating they receive. My experience with them began with a call to Patti, who immediately put me at ease. She was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my busy schedule, and Tim showed up right on time. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable about the rodents that might be causing problems in my attic, and he thoroughly inspected the area to find out what was going on. He discovered that an outside air conditioning conduit had not been sealed off, allowing rodents easy access to my attic. Tim removed the rodent corpses, bleached the affected areas, set traps, and sealed off the entry point. He'll be back next week to remove the traps, and I'm confident that my rodent issue will be fully resolved. Working with AAAC Wildlife Removal has been an incredible value, and Patti's communication has been outstanding. I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with a pest issue.

An inspector named Tim assessed the situation by thoroughly inspecting our house, including the attic, to detect rodent entry points, which he then sealed. The company's service is exceptional! I initially contacted them, under the impression that I had a possum or another large animal causing damage to my sloping land. They offered me an honest price for removing the animal, and Miguel arrived promptly. He proved to be highly skilled and courteous. However, he deduced that it was gophers that were causing the issue, and regrettably, their company does not handle such matters. Despite this, they did not bill me for the consultation. It is regrettable that I was unable to avail myself of their services. If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to contact them.

Vince and his team were fantastic. We had a gopher problem evident by the numerous mounds in our front, back, and hillside yard. We knew we needed a solution. Vince not only eliminated the gophers, but he also taught us about pocket gophers, their behavior, and how to detect their reappearance. Our neighbors also had gopher issues, and Vince assisted us again when we thought they were returning to our lawn.
