My house recently received an exterior door and storm door installation by Q and R. I am thoroughly satisfied with their prompt and professional services, and would highly recommend them for any future window or door projects. As a satisfied customer, I appreciate their hard work and dedication.

In general, I am content with the installation of my windows, as well as the punctuality and professionalism of the service. Although I would have awarded a 5-star rating, I did notice some small gaps that required caulking. Additionally, the project took longer than anticipated, resulting in a supplementary charge of $150 beyond the quoted price. Nonetheless, the service provider did clarify that this fee was optional. To better illustrate the results, I have included pictures below. The first is the "before" photo, which contains the lines, next is the "after" photo showing the clear window, followed by views from inside the sun porch and the house. The sun porch appears very attractive; however, I regret not having the lines included in the new window.

New doors were a necessity for my Mom as the house had settled, resulting in drafty doors. Q and R were able to provide a solution by installing and fixing the issue, ultimately protecting my Mom from outside elements. Despite never meeting them, I am extremely grateful for their exceptional work. As someone who is wheelchair-bound, it's a relief to know that my Mom is safe and warm.
