With more than 14 years of experience, Casey is a skilled Master Fitness Trainer who enjoys employing diverse "results-based" techniques to train individuals at every fitness level. He constantly broadens his expertise and keeps abreast of the latest biomechanics and physiology discoveries. His training style emphasizes functional exercises, balance, and performance, and he believes that following current research is crucial to achieving personal fitness goals, be it weight loss, sports-specific conditioning, core strength and stability, or flexibility and agility improvement. Having learnt that 80% of weight loss is attributed to nutrition and 20% to exercise, Casey stresses the significance of regular meal intake as opposed to frequent workouts.

Casey and his team created an outstanding training program for me. If you are seeking a quality training regimen, I strongly suggest Casey's team. My personal trainer, Lawerence, has surpassed any previous trainers in educating me about proper training techniques. He values understanding the mechanics and theories behind each exercise, something I find very beneficial.
