Dogs Love To Walk

During the holidays, I hired Brian to take care of my pets for 15 days. The first week went well, with little communication from him except that the cats were eating each other's food, which I had already addressed in the written instructions. However, about 10 days into the job, Brian informed me that he was sick and failed to show up the previous night. As a result, my dog had not been fed or taken out for over 24 hours, and my neighbors had called animal services upon hearing my dog cry loudly for a long time. Brian called all of my emergency contacts, even those listed for medical emergencies. While I was overseas, I had to coordinate with a friend to fill in for Brian, but what my friend found was appalling. The litter box wasn't scooped for days, dog poop and pee littered the house, and cat litter covered the floor. My requests for a refund for the unfinished visits were ignored, and I discovered the extent of the neglect after seeing photos from my friends and nearly having animal services called. When given the chance to explain himself, Brian simply apologized, but I will never trust him with my pets again.

Brian took excellent care of my cats and even sent me pictures every day. I was surprised when my shy cat immediately warmed up to him and allowed him to pet her. I'm grateful for his services and will definitely hire him again.

Brian is an extremely dependable person to entrust the job of dog walking to. His flexibility and devotion towards our beloved pets is truly admirable. The three large canines we have cannot get enough of him and he reciprocates the affection with remarkable patience. We consider ourselves fortunate to have Brian as our dog walker.
