Had they followed through and reimbursed me for the damages caused by their crew, this review would have been much better. While they were careful and efficient in taking down several huge trees near our house, a limb ended up damaging a skylight. They offered to repair the glass, but the job wasn't done properly. The gasket was placed on top of the pane instead of underneath it, and a considerable amount of silicone had to be used to try and seal it. In the process, the frame was damaged beyond repair, leading to a replacement cost of nearly $900. Although they were initially responsive to text messages, they have not acknowledged my payment and have fallen silent. It's disappointing that a seemingly honest and hardworking company has caused such frustration. In hindsight, I regret not getting other quotes before agreeing to have them complete the work.

Additionally, I expressed my desire to safeguard my surrounding plants. However, they performed an outstanding job and left no harm to neither my property nor my plants. The cleanup was remarkable.
