Sam was fantastic! He promptly addressed my request for a garbage disposal replacement and provided a transparent estimate of the cost. Before the visit, he went above and beyond by purchasing an affordable disposal unit on my behalf. Sam diagnosed the issue in record time and told me it wasn't necessary to replace the unit (this was something he had already mentioned before our appointment), and offered to take back the new disposal. After the repairs, he kindly gave me some advice. He not only saved me money but also precious time, all while resolving a major household issue. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam and would definitely hire him again. 10 out of 10!
