The level of responsiveness was awful. We paid $3800, but there was no design provided. Excuses were made that the designer was suffering from cancer and couldn't deliver. His live-in partner covered for him on multiple occasions. While I sympathize with his illness, as a business owner, it's your responsibility to have contingency plans in place for such cases. It's not challenging to send a design via email from the hospital. Unless of course, the designer's fingers were broken. It seems like we were misled all this time. We're incredibly disappointed and believe that the designer should be removed from CrackerJack.

I've attempted to contact Michael thrice since my initial inquiry, but he hasn't responded at all. It's possible that he's extremely occupied and doesn't have the time to answer my messages.
Regrettably, two out of three contractors I encountered on CrackerJack were subpar. I'm hopeful that the one I've been communicating with is reputable. Thus far, things seem to be going well.

Although we are in the process of conducting our due diligence by seeking a second opinion, we have not yet finalized our decision to appoint Arcadia Design as our General Contractor. However, I must acknowledge that working with Michael has been a delightful experience. He is exceptionally skilled and maintains a high level of professionalism. Michael has been responsive to all our queries, and thus, the entire process has been smooth sailing thus far. I am confident that with him as our General Contractor, we will not be let down.

Michael was amazing! He was very prompt in responding and truthful. His expertise prevented us from purchasing a home that would have required extensive repairs and maintenance. I strongly suggest him and would definitely employ him again.
