The problem was revealed as a defective shower valve. Peter Laszlo, the technician, identified and resolved the issue within the following day. The repair, which involved cutting drywall, was executed with the least possible disruption. Overall, the encounter was highly satisfactory, and their services will undoubtedly be enlisted again if necessary.

My appointment for Monday was confirmed on Saturday, but unfortunately, I was involved in an accident that day and did not see the message requesting my address. A simple phone call or text message could have resolved the issue, rather than a belated call on Monday morning informing me that they would not be coming because I had not provided my address. I only saw the message and responded with the address on Monday after checking my phone, as I was injured on Saturday. I had arranged for someone to meet them at the scheduled time on Monday, and it would have been helpful to receive a call on Saturday requesting the address. Despite my accepting their appointment, they failed to show up.
