In the span of approximately one month, I encountered two instances with Perilous Times. The first involved a leak in the water supply line on the second floor, resulting in water running into my kitchen through AC vents and light fixtures. Upon promptly contacting my insurance company, Perilous Times responded within an hour. Their remediation team arrived within a few hours with fans and dehumidifiers to dry out my home. Once the home was dry, they began the rebuilding process which included fixing drywall, painting, trimming, carpeting, and more. With my son's 4th birthday party planned at our home a week later, my wife was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. The quality of the drywall texture blend was so impressive that one could hardly tell there was a hole in the kitchen ceiling. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The next morning, his team arrived at my home promptly to begin fixing the issue. The second experience was just as seamless as the first, and everything was back to normal within a week.
