Sue has been exceptionally attentive, and even though I was seeking a travel agent located in Alabama, where the tour is scheduled to occur, I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of service she has provided. Assembling the Civil Rights pilgrimage involves coordinating many different elements, including participants from several regions across the country.

Sue's exceptional service was truly remarkable considering our impromptu decision to go on a quick getaway. Despite the short notice, she effortlessly searched for the perfect accommodations that catered to our family's requirements.

I gave her payment in advance for two properties, but was disappointed with the service. As frequent travelers, we had considered relying on her to handle our bookings, but after this experience, we decided to book our upcoming trip to Greece ourselves. I have no intention of utilizing her services or the company's services for future travel arrangements. It was concerning that she required payment upfront, as I am unaware of any travel agents who operate in that way. Typically, travel agents are paid for their services through commission from the booking vendor after the client has completed their trip. Could you clarify how travel agents are compensated and who pays them?
