I needed prompt installation of a large and tall AC model that is specifically designed for left or right sliding windows. This type of AC models is not the typical wide and short ACs designed for up and down sliding windows, hence the installation becomes more challenging even with the appropriate mounting kit. However, the service provider asked relevant questions, promptly scheduled an appointment, arrived five minutes early, came with the necessary equipment, and installed it perfectly according to the mounting kit. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to others.
