Due to an illness, we had to search for an officiant just three days before our wedding. Aside from the short notice, I also had reservations about finding an LGBTQ-friendly officiant.
Thankfully, we received a prompt response from an officiant who seemed to be a great match for us. Through our messaging, we quickly realized that she was the perfect fit for our special day. She took the time to understand our preferences and crafted a unique ceremony that included a personalized hand-tying ritual involving all six of my children. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just as we wanted, even coordinating her attire to match our wedding colors.
