AMD Construct

This company is highly professional and punctual. Their work is flawless. Although English is not their primary language, the use of Google Translate eliminated any language barriers. I would definitely hire them again.

AMD Construct was hired by me to install a lock and trims on my pocket door. I provided them with a proper explanation of the work required along with pictures. Unfortunately, the handyman who arrived did not understand English, nor did he know that he was required to install the trims. We communicated using Google Voice which was frustrating and caused discussions back and forth on the trims for an hour. Eventually, he decided to only install the lock and not the trims. While speaking with his manager and agreeing to only have the lock installed, he left abruptly. His manager then communicated to me that they would send someone else but at an additional cost for the trim work. I found out that the reviews regarding AMD were correct in terms of quoting more on the spot. The handyman refused to do half of the work required. Update to my original review from 1 star to 4 stars: After posting my review, they immediately tried to arrange another handyman at no extra cost to me, to install the lock. They also sent more professional handymen to finish the trim and lock separately. I am ultimately happy with the work, but it did cause some inconvenience.

AMD Handyman provided a fantastic experience. Their team responded promptly and managed the schedule efficiently. Moreover, the quality of their work is impressive and has left me extremely satisfied.

Simply amazing, that's the only way to describe Vasilli, or Vez as I affectionately called him. His workmanship is truly a work of art, and his attention to detail and quality is superb. When he installed the new door, it was done so well that no one could even believe it was a new addition. Thank you Vasilli for your exceptional work. I must also thank the entire team at AMD Handyman for their prompt responses, Victoria for following up, and scheduling in a timely manner. Despite clearly communicating the tasks required and confirming over the phone, the company declined one day before the appointment date which led to a complete waste of my time. However, the company later reached out to me and explained the issue, following which they accommodated my work items. They sent a skilled handyman who was able to complete two simple tasks without any issues. While changing the thermostat, the handyman faced some technical difficulty as he lacked electrical knowledge. Nonetheless, the company acted very professionally and sent an electrician to fix the thermostat the very next day. They even kept to the initial estimate they provided. I genuinely appreciate their professionalism and work quality and will definitely consider hiring them again when needed.
