Working with Austin was an amazing experience. Upon arriving at our initially chosen location, my son expressed his discontent with the site. However, Austin was understanding and accommodating of our requests to shift to another location. He diligently captured spectacular shots, rescheduled our shoot appointment with no extra charges, and demonstrated great professionalism throughout the entire process. Austin provided his expertise for our indoor and outdoor engagement photos and he did an outstanding job capturing beautiful shots. He even brought his own lighting and gave us helpful tips on how to pose. Additionally, his friendly and effective communication made the entire process a breeze.
