Teaching about wine is my favorite pastime, especially as a certified sommelier (and of course, a wine enthusiast!). My approach to teaching is easy-going yet informative. Regardless of your wine experience, you can leave feeling more confident and capable of describing your preferred flavor profiles.
I offer wine tastings for various occasions like corporate events, private parties, celebrations, team-building, and consult restaurants. Being an independent worker means that I don't sell wine; instead, I provide recommendations or even personally pick out the wines that you can serve at your event. Additionally, I can work around any budget that you may have for wine.
Before the event date, I'm available for different types of advice. For instance, I can suggest the best food pairing for the wine, provide set-up tricks, recommend glass or plastic ware, and create detailed wine menus including logos. I can also coordinate with your chef, coordinator, or planner.
