Although one salesman provided a misquoted service, the owner took charge of clarifying the issue and rectified it at no extra cost to me. As a result, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. As my house is made of stone, I received detailed instructions on the step-by-step process, including the various pressure nozzles required to safeguard its structure. I will certainly contact them for future pressure washing needs in a few years.
