After only a few hours, the tiled kitchen and dining area of 400 square feet look incredible. The job they did was remarkable, resulting in a beautiful and sealed grout that is spotless. I am left astonished by the transformation.

To safeguard our shower floor against leaks, we required grouting and sealant. The Cork team responded promptly with a quote. Viktor and Fernando completed an extensive and tidy job of eliminating the old grout. Presently, our shower area appears as if it were freshly constructed, with a lustrous and polished appearance.

The team arrived punctually and spent the entire day performing tile, grout, and carpet cleaning. They departed after leaving my home in excellent condition. In the beginning, they provided a lower estimate as they did not account for the carpet on the stairs and misunderstood the size of my countertops. Upon my clarification of the message I sent via CrackerJack, they finished the job at an affordable additional cost. They mentioned that this price was half of their standard rates. Although it would have been preferable for them to have comprehended the request properly, mistakes sometimes occur. Regardless, their exceptional workmanship made up for any confusion or misunderstandings.

I requested a cleaning of my bathroom's marble and tile surfaces. As I'm not knowledgeable about identifying stone materials, I sent a few photos to the company and hoped for the best. I had previously worked with them to steam-clean my couches, and was pleased with the results, so I looked forward to working with them again. Upon arrival, the company informed me of what was possible within their initial estimate, as well as the additional costs for a complete restoration. They provided detailed explanations of what could be done within my budget. I appreciated their transparency, and chose to proceed with the project. My bathroom now looks significantly cleaner than it did prior to their services. While a full marble restoration would be a splurge, I am satisfied with the current results and glad to not have to deal with a dirty bathroom anymore. There are other maintenance tasks to focus on for now.

After buying my new home, I noticed that the tiles and grout required a proper cleaning. In the first photo on the left, mold stains seem to be present. However, after contacting Jonathan and getting Adrian to handle the work, the after photo on the right looks much better. Adrian even took the initiative to reclaim the bottom floor to ensure that it was properly sanitized, even though I did not request it myself. Although I initially only wanted my tiles and grout cleaned, Adrian and his team went above and beyond by stretching and cleaning two of my dingy carpets. I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and communication throughout the process. They provided frequent updates and excellent service. Because of their impressive work, I plan on using them for future cleaning and flooring projects.
