Due to the cracked and lifted sidewalk pads that didn't pass the C/O inspection, I was in a bit of a bind. Fortunately, my realtor suggested I contact Del Val, who promptly remedied the problem and prevented any delays in my settlement. Needless to say, I was incredibly satisfied with their work.
