I understand why they only have a one-star rating! The price increase from $400 to $800 for German cockroaches that are only three times larger is absurd!

The service was awful. I entered into a contract for a specific concern, but the technician arrived and was unsure of the problem. Consequently, he was unable to resolve the issue, and I am stuck waiting. It's extremely challenging to receive a response to any messages after you've agreed to the contract.
