Excellent work! The service was performed exceptionally well. The movers handled all the furniture with great care. The customer service was outstanding.

The truck I rented was not big enough for my furniture, which was all heavy, solid wood. Despite this challenge, the movers tried their best to get it all in the truck. Unfortunately, they struggled with carrying and maneuvering the pieces, which required tipping them on end. Although I had requested plastic wrapping spools and moving blankets, only the wrap was provided. As a result, I had to use my children's comforters and blankets to pad the furniture, and one of the movers even borrowed my hand towel to improve his grip. While the movers were friendly and courteous, it was clear they lacked experience with larger moves like mine. Overall, I think they would be better suited to moving college students or young adults.

The procedure was uncomplicated, timely, and without any glitches. Any discomfort or inquiries were promptly addressed. I felt quite at ease and contented, and intend to avail of this service again in the days ahead!

The performance of Raul and his team was outstanding! Although I had no means of collecting a bed set, they promptly replied to my labour inquiry and phoned me to discuss the specifics, scheduling a time and date in just 20 minutes. Even when a change of plan hindered the pickup process, they were able to make modifications and accomplish the task efficiently. Not only did they retrieve the furniture but they also constructed it for me, displaying excellent service, fair prices, and an exemplary attitude. I am sincerely grateful for all that you have done!
