The initially quoted price was not accurate as the provider continuously added extra charges ranging from $70 to $150 every month. Additionally, the provider failed to maintain the equipment properly, resulting in extremely high pressure which ultimately caused the filter to perforate. As a result, I now have to replace the entire system and install a new filter. The provider was unreliable, frequently missed scheduled visits but still charged for them. Despite my requests for filter replacement assistance, he failed to respond for weeks while still billing for maintenance services. While the provider was initially pleasant, I cannot give a high rating due to the aforementioned issues.

Eric arrived and completed the task rapidly and the outcome was significantly improved! Highly recommended.
