Greetings and welcome to Hands Down Massage Therapies! Although CrackerJack still hasn't updated our name above, rest assured that you are in the right place. My name is Melanie and I've been an active therapist for 23 years. I derive immense satisfaction from my work, which involves relieving clients of pain and helping them achieve their goal of staying pain-free. I specialize in various conditions such as autoimmune disorders, PTSD, mental and emotional stressors, among others.

At Hands Down Massage, our therapists are trained in a variety of modalities catering to body, mind, and spirit. We strive to get to the root of the problem and offer services such as Chinese cupping, corrective bodywork, deep tissue, pregnancy, relaxation, and much more. Additionally, we are licensed to administer Lower Level Laser therapy, which is beneficial to individuals who've undergone surgery, suffered injuries, and those with autoimmune disorders. We're currently completing our intense Metamerics techniques course, which has been proven to help with organ disorders.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of assisting many beautiful ladies during their pregnancy journey, athletes throughout their racing endeavors such as Triathlons, Ironman, and cycling events. We've also helped numerous clients who experience mental and emotional difficulties, including PTSD. We look forward to embarking on your healing journey with you!
