Despite Chasity's sweetness and professionalism, there were some issues with the service provided. The job took longer than originally agreed upon, causing me to arrive 90 minutes late to my event. Additionally, the final result did not resemble the example photos I had sent beforehand. While everything looked nice, it was not the desired look that I had specifically requested.
