I never felt pressured to hire him, and he understood when I needed time to decide. However, I soon realized I was not up to the task and contacted him again. He personally picked up my 16 VHS tapes, transferred the footage to DVDs, and delivered them during a heavy downpour. The newly recorded DVDs were presented in a binder, each in a plastic protective slot labeled with its corresponding date of events and File Code. The binder also contained a record of the File Codes, descriptions, dates of events, length of recordings, and transferring times. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service and feel I got more than my money's worth.
