Roy is a true hero!! I have been experiencing issues with my HVAC system, which was not producing air in two of the four rooms on the upper floor of my rental home. When I first contacted a company last year to inspect the system, they informed me that there was no real solution to this problem, and that I would need to purchase a specific evaporator coil and metal plenum at a cost of thousands of dollars. In search of a second opinion, I reached out to Wise Nest, and Roy arrived on the same day to evaluate the situation. To my surprise and delight, he was able to fix the issue with ease and at a reasonable cost of less than $200, without any need for a new evaporator coil.
