The experience of hiring LiPei and Mr. Yu for our bathroom remodel, addition of walls in the kid's bedroom, and disposal installation was excellent. LiPei was highly responsive to our requests via text messages and emails. When we met for an estimate, Mr. Yu provided us with insight into what went wrong with the previous contractor's work (they were unprofessional). They arrived on time each of the three days we worked with them, starting at 8:30am and working nonstop until 5:30pm (and even until 8:30pm on the last day to finish the job perfectly). LiPei maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process, ensuring that every detail was in line with our needs. Mr. Yu would explain to me why certain tiles needed to be placed in a specific way (because the previous contractor failed to do so). They respected our decisions and always kept us informed. They were considerate enough to clean up after themselves, paying close attention to even the smallest details. At the end of each day, LiPei would provide us with every receipt from the hardware store, ensuring that we were aware of every cost involved. We appreciate their transparency and lack of hidden fees. Overall, we were thrilled to find such reliable and talented professionals, and we certainly plan to hire them for any future projects. We strongly recommend them!
