With over 20 years of experience, I, Brad Pugh, am the owner of a team of Dietitians, Nutritionists, and Personal Trainers. Our mission is to find the most compatible Dietitian/Personal Trainer for you based on your needs. We specialize in helping those who are struggling with their weight due to fad diets or excessive cardio get on track and feel energized while burning fat. We also assist young athletes with their sports performance nutrition, as well as new Fitness Competitors and bodybuilders looking to improve. Our team of Nutrition Coaches and Personal Trainers is experienced and nationally located, with a strong reputation that we take pride in. We offer online personal training and nutrition coaching through a user-friendly software and can accommodate Vegan and Vegetarian diets. Additionally, we offer local personal training in the Bham/Pelham, Alabama area. Our goal is to help our clients lose weight, tone up, build muscle, and become pain-free without feeling restricted. We also have a program that identifies what is lacking in your nutrition based on your blood work to help you feel more energized and confident. Around one year ago, I began my journey to find a fitness expert who could assist me in shedding excess weight and getting in shape. It was then that I met Brad, and we started working together. To my surprise, I discovered that I could eat a lot without feeling hungry while simultaneously losing weight and slimming down.
