Prior to the unpleasant experience, Lumberjack had been exceptional. However, following a call with a friendly and helpful representative from the company, I am confident in recommending them. When we needed it the most, we received service that was of high quality, friendly and efficient. They explained everything to us and were transparent in their dealings. They were able to replace our furnace, AC, and water heater at short notice, and at a great price. We were impressed by their attention to our home and the level of service they provided.
