They arrived punctually, displaying expert knowledge about the atypical mounting process of my sizable item and flawlessly executed the task. In addition to being amiable, they also removed the shipping packaging for my convenience. My sole "grievance" is that their establishment is situated far from my residence; hence, they should consider opening branch offices. Nonetheless, I would still engage their services in the future, even if it entails incurring expenses for their travel.

Despite having already reviewed this company, CrackerJack continues to inundate me with requests to review them again. Therefore, I reiterate that this company is exceptional. They provided excellent service and did a fantastic job. However, due to their location solely in Richmond, I cannot attest to the service being worth the expense, given the additional cost of a three-hour roundtrip drive. Therefore, I urge the company to expand its services to Charlottesville!

To put it simply, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project. I had three walls where I wanted pictures and art to be hung, and Claude and his partner were able to execute my vision perfectly, offering helpful suggestions along the way. They left no mess behind after completion and were punctual throughout the entire process. I will undoubtedly enlist their services again for future projects.
