About
Hello there!I am Carlin Hayes, a certified 200 YTT yoga instructor. I provide private classes, organize pop-up events, and specialize in conducting sessions for bachelorette or corporate groups. My events are engaging and foster a sense of community. In the past, I've hosted yoga events that were paired with sound healing, candle or flower making, and even vino and vinyasa.
Teaching yoga and meeting new people bring me immense joy. My ultimate goal is to create a space where people can socialize, strengthen their health and wellness while having fun, and with no room for judgment. All levels of participants are welcome in my class, and I can adapt any style of yoga to cater to individual preferences. My area of expertise, however, lies in mindful mobility aimed at helping athletes or beginners increase their flexibility and strength, both physically and mentally!

Carlin was absolutely fantastic! I engaged her services for my sister's bachelorette party and received numerous compliments on her excellent work. In spite of the ongoing construction next to our Airbnb, we were able to relax and enjoy thanks to Carlin's fine planning. The arrangement was exquisite, the refreshing scent of her oiled towels kept the bugs at bay, and she also captured some stunning photographs of our party. I would highly recommend her services and would not hesitate to engage her again in the future.
