Outstanding job! Got-Junk arrived punctually and took away my bulky furniture, sparing me the trouble. I didn't have to take any extra measures for the sofa, like covering it with plastic. The workers were polite and provided exceptional service. I will suggest it to my relatives.

I am extremely grateful for the superb service that 1-800-Got-Junk provided. Recently, I was clearing out my property after the tenants had vacated and they had left behind some unwanted items. I was keen to have them removed, so I got in touch with 1-800-Got-Junk to see if they could help. The customer service representative was incredibly friendly and eager to assist with scheduling a pick-up. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to do the pick-up on the same day. The driver and his assistant who came to haul the junk away were courteous and amiable right from when they called to confirm the appointment to when they arrived at the scheduled time. Having those items removed made a huge difference to my plans and my peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to call on 1-800-Got-Junk again if I needed any more assistance removing bulky items.
