I want to make it clear that I have never written a negative review about a contractor before. However, my experience with AVT/Southwest Installations has compelled me to write one. Despite confirming a specific date and time for a TV mount and installation, they failed to show up without any notification. I attempted to reach out to them through text messages and calls, but received no response. Even calls to their main office number went unanswered. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive contractor, I would suggest looking elsewhere. There are other options available on websites such as CrackerJack or Angie's List, despite AVT/Southwest Installations claiming to be a top contractor on the latter.

Our new AV system has exceeded our expectations and we are extremely pleased. Wayne, the owner, promised to make the process easy for us, and he certainly delivered. Using a straightforward app on our phones, we are now able to control any room in the system by simply selecting the desired room. The technicians were highly professional, very accommodating and understanding of my technical limitations. We highly recommend AVT, and will definitely utilize their services in the future.
