I would rate the customer service with 5 stars. John from the Doraville location provided me with incredible service after I declined the quote. He helped me work within my budget and even reduced it by half! As anyone who has moved knows, it can be incredibly stressful, so the discount was a blessing. However, I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars because, upon the arrival of the moving team, they were unaware of the discount I had been given. Instead, they provided me with a different (much higher) quote, despite the fact that I actually had less junk due to some previously donated items. I had to show them proof of the discount before they proceeded.
